The 3 Scottish sheep

Since 1892, the Manoncourt Family has lived in harmony with the ecosystem of Figeac, preserving its green spaces and protecting its natural wildlife. Our 3 sheep of the emblematic Soay Scottish breed, hardy and resistant, joined this balance several years ago and contribute with simplicity to the upkeep of the estate as natural lawn-mowers.
